– Remove the valve cover.
Moving the engine into the TDC position
– Turn the crankshaft until the two marks 1 on the camshaft gears
are aligned and precisely above the dividing line
2 between the two
camshaft bearing bridges.
– Unscrew the engine locking screw
3, remove the seal ring and
screw the engine locking screw back in (tightening torque 20 Nm).
