Another cause might be a discharged 12-V battery, so charge the 12-V battery. It's also possible that the main fuse or fuse 3, 4, or 7 is blown, so change the fuses of individual power consumers or the main fuse. Finally, there might be no ground connection present, so check the ground connection.
