(5) DO NOT MAKE SUDDEN STOP OR SHARP
TURN
y Sudden stop and sharp turn are the main causes
for slipping and could be very dangerous.
y In rainy days the road is slippery. Sudden stop
will cause the motorcycle to slip. Be careful to
avoid danger.
(6) BE MORE CAREFUL WHILE RIDING IN
RAINY DAYS
y A longer braking distance is required in rainy
days than in sunny days. Be sure to slow down
and brake the motorcycle slowly as early as
possible.
y When riding on a descending road, restore the
throttle grip to closed position and slow down by
making intermittent braking.
