  Paper jams in your Kyocera All in One Printer can often be resolved by ensuring the paper is loaded correctly. Also, verify that the paper is of a supported type and in good condition; try removing the paper, turning it over, and reloading it. If the paper is curled, folded, or wrinkled, replace it with new paper. Finally, check for and remove any loose scraps or jammed paper inside the machine.

Why won't my Kyocera FS-1020MFP All in One Printer print from my computer?

  If your Kyocera All in One Printer isn't printing from the computer, make sure both ends of the power cord are securely connected and that the printer is powered on. Verify the interface cable is correctly and securely connected; power on the machine after connecting the interface cable. Lastly, check if the print job is paused and resume printing if necessary.
