Problem solving
Draining remaining water and
cleaning the pump filter
Unplug the machine from the power supply.
Pull the emergency draining hose out from its
stowed position.
Place a towel on the floor.
Place a suitable container under the hose. Drain the
water into the container by pulling out the blue plug.
When finished, replace the blue plug into the hose.
Replace the draining hose into its stowed position.
Unplug the machine from the power supply.
Place a towel on the floor.
Unscrew the pump filter and remove.
Remove any foreign objects from inside the filter as
well as fibres, if any, around the pump impeller.
Replace the pump filter.
The filter system in your machine prevents solid items/
foreign objects clogging the pump during discharge.
The filter must be cleaned whenever it is clogged or
every 3 months.
Water must be drained off before cleaning the
pump filter.
If your machine will not drain/empty or
spin check the pump filter for debris.
WARNING: Foreign objects left in the pump
filter may damage your machine or may cause
noise issues.
WARNING: Temperature of the water inside the
machine may be up to 90ºC. Allow to cool before
draining the machine.
