Check the connectivity
of speaker.

Check the level of U605,
PIN5(VCC3V).
The level is
high(3V)
Connect the speaker
to the phone properly.
Check whether the
melody signal(a few hundreds
mV) is out from the U603.
12 or U603.11.
Replace the LDO(U605)
Replace the Melody IC,
