No signal received from Key
Check with both keys. If starting with
second key, replace the first one and
do learning
If not starting with both keys the
Antenna can be defective, replace
ICU and do the learning
Signal received from the key cannot
be read by ICU.
Check with both keys. If starting with

If not starting with both keys the
Antenna can be defective, replace
ICU and do the learning
Signal received can be read, but not
learnt for the particular vehicle.
Use the correct key and do learning
if required
Blank ICU. No key is learned to the
ICU
Signal from EMS not received by ICU
Disturbance in CAN wiring
(short to +/-, terminating
resistor)
EMS has not sent the signal
Ignition turned on before EMS
After run got completed.
IGN OFF for 2 min and try again.
EMS is not Flashed properly
Replace/Reflash EMS &Perform
ECM - ICU/ICU - Key learning
Note:183B(Locked State) can come in all the above conditions after 30 consecutive
occurrences.
