Overheat protection
When the tool/battery is overheated, the tool stops auto-
matically and the operation lamp will blink. In this situation,
let the tool cool down before turning the tool on again.
Overdischarge protection
When the battery capacity becomes low, the tool stops
automatically. If the tool does not run along with the
switch operation, remove the battery from the tool and
charge it.
Adjusting depth of cut
CAUTION: After adjusting the depth of cut,
always tighten the lever securely.
Loosen the lever on the depth guide and move the base
up or down. At the desired depth of cut, secure the base
by tightening the lever.
For cleaner, safer cuts, set cut depth so that the dia-
mond wheel projects 2 mm (1/16″) or less below work-
piece. Using proper cut depth helps to reduce potential
for dangerous KICKBACKS which can cause personal
injury.
