Component Specifications
MAIN FUSE
The main control board fuse is 250 Volt, 7 amp.
BIN SWITCH
The bin switch is a magnetically operated reed switch.
The magnet is attached to the lower right corner of the
water curtain. The switch is attached to the right
bulkhead wall.
The bin switch is connected to a varying D.C. voltage
circuit. (Voltage does not remain constant.)
NOTE: Because of a wide variation in D.C. voltage, it
is not recommended that a voltmeter be used to check
bin switch operation.
HARVEST ASSIST AIR PUMP
115 Volt or 230 Volt - matches the ice machine
voltage.
ICE/OFF/CLEAN TOGGLE SWITCH
S Model Ice Machines
Single-pole, double-throw switch. The switch is
connected into a varying low D.C. voltage circuit.
IB Model Ice Machines
Double-pole, double-throw switch. The switch is
connected into a varying low D.C. voltage circuit.
ELECTRONIC BIN THERMOSTAT CONTROL
Setpoint Range: -30 to 212°F (-34 - 100°C)
WATER REGULATING VALVE
The valve setting for the CVD1486 condensing unit is
240 psig.
