Cutlery
For best results cutlery should be
grouped in zones, one for knives, one
for forks, one for spoons, etc. This
makes unloading much easier.
Place the blades of knives and the
prongs of forks between the holders.
Spoons, on the other hand, should be
placed with the handles between the
holders.
Longer items such as soup ladles, cake
slices, mixing spoons and long knives
should be placed lengthwise in the in
-
dentation at the side of the cutlery tray.
The upper spray arm must not be
blocked by items which are too big
(e.g. cake slices).
Model G 6XX SC
(see data plate on the machine for the
model number)
The deeper section (for large items
of cutlery) must be on the left hand
side. The cup rack cannot be lifted
up if the deeper section is on the
right hand side.
Spoon heads should be placed in con
-
tact with at least one of the serrated re-
tainers on the base of the cutlery tray to
ensure that water runs off them freely.
If spoon handles do not fit between the
holders then lay them the other way
round making sure that that head of the
spoon is in contact with the support on
the bottom of the tray.
The cutlery tray insert is removable.
