without contacting the Service Department.

Repair work to electrical appliances should only be carried out by a

General problems

The tumble dryer fails to

breaker tripped?
Power cut. Following a power cut, any previously started
programme will resume automatically unless the
cooling down phase has been reached.
Items made of synthetic
fibres are charged with
static electricity after
drying.
Synthetic fibre tends to
attract static charge.
Static charge can be
reduced by adding fabric
conditioner to the final
rinse in the washing
machine or a fabric
conditioner sheet to the
load in the dryer.
