Cleaning the fine filter cover panel

Remove any fluff with a damp cloth
(e.g. Original Miele all purpose
microfibre cloth, available at
www.miele-shop.com, depending on
country).
Be careful not to damage the rubber
seal.
^ Check whether the cooling fins are
dirty (refer to the following).

Do not touch the cooling fins as they
are very sharp and may cut your
fingers.

Risk of damage!
Carefully run the dusting brush of
the vacuum cleaner across the
cooling fins.
Otherwise the cooling fins or the
braces in front of them may be
damaged.
In case of visible soiling:

Carefully vacuum up any soiling
using a dusting brush or crevice
nozzle.
