Selecting the Delay start func-
tion
With Delay start, you can delay the
start of a programme from
minutes up to (hours).
Delay start cannot be used with the
Warm air/DryFresh programme.
 Firstly, select a programme with pro-
gramme settings.


 Touch the sensor control.
The symbol lights up brightly and
the first 30minutes of the Delay start
time appear on the time display.
 Touch the sensor control re-
peatedly until the required Delay start
time lights up on the time display.
- In the case of settings below
10hours, the Delay start time
changes in increments of 30minutes.
- In the case of settings above
10hours, the Delay start time
changes in increments of 1hour.
Tip: If you press and hold the sensor
control, the time will automatically
count all the way up to 24hours.
Starting Delay start
 Touch the sensor control.
The Delay start process starts and
counts down on the time display.
The drum will turn briefly every hour un-
til the start of the programme to reduce
laundry creasing.
Changing or cancelling a Delay
start process that is already
running
 Turn the programme selector to the
position.
The tumble dryer is switched off and
Delay start is cancelled.
You can open the door at this point to
remove or add laundry.
 Select a programme.
 Select a Delay start time.
