Description of Self-Test Items 241
Test whether the communication serial port UART between the EC ARM nd the FPGA is normal.
Read the firmware compilation time, firmware version, and boot program version.
Test failure analysis
If the test result is Error, the drive malfunctions.
If the test result is FAIL, the serial ports of the EC ARM and the multifunctional FPGA are faulty.
Troubleshooting suggestion
a If the test result is Error, the logic of the multifunctional FPGA is wrong. In this case, restart
the equipment and re-perform the self-test. If the problem persists, recover the equipment.
b If the test result is FAIL, replace the main board.
2.7 Z0205 Power Status Test
Upper-level test item
Power Management Module Communication Test
Test content
Check whether the voltage of the main board of the MX machine is normal.
Test failure analysis
If the test result is Error, the drive malfunctions.
If the test result is FAIL, the voltage of the main board is abnormal.
Troubleshooting suggestion
a If the test result is Error, restart the equipment and re-perform the self-test. If the problem
persists, recover the equipment.
b If the test result is FAIL, replace the main board.
2.8 Z0206 Communication Monitoring Test

Communication Test Between PC Module and MF FPGA
Test content
Test whether the UART communication between the multifunctional FPGA and the SM ARM is
normal. Read the SM ARM firmware version and compilation time.
Test failure analysis
If the test result is Error, the drive malfunctions.
If the test result is FAIL, the UART of the SM ARM and the serial port of the multifunctional
FPGA are faulty.
Troubleshooting suggestion
a If the test result is Error, restart the equipment and re-perform the self-test. If the problem
persists, recover the equipment.
b If the test result is FAIL, replace the main board.
