  If your Mitsubishi Electric TV has sound but no picture, it could be due to a problem with the incoming signal. To check this, press the MENU button on the remote control. If the menu displays, then the issue lies with the incoming signal. Also, ensure all video inputs are securely plugged into the correct input jacks. As an additional step, you can perform a System Reset by pressing and holding the POWER button on the control panel for ten seconds.
