Personal settings
8.2 Handset name
If you are using more than one handset with your E2 base, you can set a
personalized name for each handset to easily distinguish between them.
A name can be up to 10 characters long.
1. Press
M, scroll d to
PERSONAL SET
and press M.
2. Scroll
d to
HANDSET NAME
and press M.
3. Enter the new handset name and press
M to confirm.
Delete the current name by pressing
B.

8.3 Auto answer
With Auto answer switched on, you can answer a call simply, by lifting the handset
o the base or charger. If switched o, you will have to press
t to answer a call.

and press M.
3. Press
u or d to select
ON
or
OFF
.
4. Press
M to confirm or B to return to the previous menu.

u or d to select your preferred language.

M to confirm or B to return to the previous menu.
8.5 Do Not Disturb
Your phone can be set so that when you receive an incoming call the phone does
not light up or ring. You can turn this feature on / o by pressing
D on the
handset or in the menu.

PERSONAL SET
and press M.
2. Scroll
d to
DONOTDISTURB
and press M.
3. Press
u or d to select
ON
or
OFF
.
4. Press
M to confirm or B to return to the previous menu.
Note
When Do Not Disturb is switch on,
DONOTDISTURB
shows on the screen of all
handsets registered to the base.
