6.3 Status LEDs
The AUDIO 8 DJ displays which channels are connected and which source or input
mode is chosen by lighting up the respective LED. This way you can easily check
the AUDIO 8 DJ’s current setup.
CHANNEL A - D: The LEDs displaying the status of inputs and outputs are lit green
in case of audio going in or out. In case of clipping, the LEDs will turn red.
USB: Displays whether the AUDIO 8 DJ is connected or not. When the AUDIO
8 DJ is connected, this LED is lit green.
MIDI: When a MIDI device is connected, this LED is lit green.
INPUT LEVEL: Displays the input level and shows clipping with a red LED.
SOURCE: Shows which i Nput s ource is currently selected with the m ic /c hANNel
selector.
