motivated request without affecting its intellectual property rights.
●
If the “quasi-machine” is operated in a European country with an offi cial language other than the language used in this
declaration, the importer must associate a translation with this declaration.
●
The “quasi-machine” must not be operated until the fi nal machine in which it is to be incorporated is declared to conform to
the provisions of Directive 2006/42/EC, if applicable to it.
