View additional pictures
Press the multi selector down or right to view pic-
tures in the order recorded, up or left to view pic-
tures in reverse order. Pictures are displayed briefl y
at low resolution while being read from memory,
making it possible to scroll rapidly through pictures
without waiting for each image to be displayed at
full resolution. Keep the multi selector pressed to
scroll quickly to the desired picture.
To return to shooting mode, press the button again. For more informa-
tion on playback, see “More on Playback” ( 41).
Deleting Unwanted Pictures
To delete the current picture, press the button.
A confi rmation dialog will be displayed; press the
multi selector up or down to highlight an option
and then press the center of the multi selector.
No: Exit without deleting the picture.
Yes: Delete the picture.

A picture will be displayed in the monitor.

The Button
Pressing the button for about one second will turn the camera on in playback mode.
Press again to return to the mode selected with the mode selector.

Putting the Camera Away
1. Turn the camera off.
2. Rotate the lens to the storage position.
3. Replace and close the lens cap.
