To activate the email settings, select Menu > Messaging > Message settings > Email messages. See Email
messages p. 57.
This application does not support keypad tones.
Write and send an email
You can write your email message before connecting to the email service, or connect to the service first, and
then write and send your email.
1. Select Menu > Messaging > Email > Create e-mail.
2. Enter the recipient’s email address, and select OK.
3. Write a subject for the email, and select OK.
4. Write the email message. See Write text p. 36.
To attach a file to the email, select Options > Attach and a file from Gallery.
5. To send the email message immediately, select Send > Send now.
To save the email in the Outbox folder to be sent later, select Send > Send later.
To edit or continue writing your email later, select Options > Save draft. The email is saved in Other
folders > Drafts.
To send the email later, select Menu > Messaging > Email > Options > Send now or Retrieve and send.
Download email
1. To access the email application, select Menu > Messaging > Email.
2. To download email messages that have been sent to your email account, select Retrieve.
To download new email messages and to send email that has been saved in the Outbox folder, select
Options > Retrieve and send.
