TO ACCESS SYSTEM SPEED DIAL NUMBERS
Lift Handset or press Sp-Phone
Press the Auto Dial button or dial **
Dial the phone number memory position e.g. 025
The number stored at system position 025 will be
dialed for you.

Press Menu Soft button
Using Navigator scroll to highlight System Directory
Press Enter
Press first few letters of Name
Press Enter
Using Navigator Key scroll & highlight desired name
Lift handset or press SP-Phone
ALL USER PROGRAM CHANGES MUST BE MADE FROM OPERATOR EXTENSION
(USUALLY EXTENSION 201)
PROGRAMMING EXTENSION NAMES
Enter USER PROGRAMMING MODE LCD Display Reads:
1. Press Program Program No?
2. Press ** Enter password
3. Dial 1234 SYS-PGM NO?
4. Dial 004 004 EXT Name
5. Press Enter Ext Name Ext No?
6. Enter Extension Number Ext Name 101: Reception
(Refer Below how to find Extension Number)
7. USING ALPHA NUMERIC DIAL PAD
a) Press Number corresponding to Alphabet
b) Press Key Once for each letter available in Upper Case
Letter Available options cycle from Upper case to Lower case
Example
To type C in upper case press No 2 key (ABC) Three times
To type O in lower case press No 6 key (MNO) Six times
To type a Space press No 0 key
To type any numeric number press appropriate key Seven times
To type full stop, comma, colon, semi colan, apostrophe press 0 key
and cycle through available options.
To advance to next letter press (right arrow key)
To back space press (left arrow key)
8. Repeat steps (a) & (b) until name is complete
9. Press Store
10. Press Exit
