CONFERENCE CALLS
For a three party conference; ( up to eight parties may join a conference )
 Dial the first external parties number
 When they answer press the Conference button (CONF)
 Dial the second external/internal parties number
 When they answer press the Conference button (CONF)
 This will join all parties together.
 Continue until the desired number of parties are connected
SETTING MESSAGE WAIT
This will activate message wait lamp on called extension
 Lift the Handset or press Sp-Phone
 Dial the extension number
Or
 Press the programmed DSS key
 If busy or no answer press your Message Wait Button
ANSWERING A MESSAGE WAIT
If handset has message wait lamp illuminated
 Lift handset or press SP-Phone
 Press Message Wait Button
 Extension who left message will ring
 Talk to person when they answer call
SETTING HEADSET / HANDSET OPERATION
 Press Program
 Dial 61
 Press Enter
 Dial 1 = Headset Mode
 Dial 0 = Handset Mode
 Press Store

Manually Set / Cancel
 Press SP-Phone
 Dial *780
 Press 0 (To Set to Day Mode)
 Press 1 (To Set to Night Mode)
 Press 2 (To Set to Lunch Mode)
 Press 3 (To Set to Break Mode)
 Press SP-Phone
TO CHECK SYSTEM MODE
 Press info Key
 Press Once for Exension Number
 Press Twice to check Night/Day Mode Status
Display will show system status
