AUTOMATIC CALL BACK
 On dialing an extension you receive a busy tone
 Dial 6 or Press the C.BCK Soft Button (KX-T7636, KX-T7633, KX-T7630 Only)
 Listen for confirmation tone and put the handset down.
 Your handset will ring advising that the busy extension is now free
 When the handset is picked up it will automatically ring the free extension.
PAGING
Internal via Digital Handsets (all internal groups)
 Lift the handset
 Dial * 3 3 0 1
 Listen for double confirmation tone
 Announce page
 Hang up to end page by pushing down Hook switch
 Replace Handset.
Group
 Lift the handset
 Dial * 33 (then the group number – 01, 02, 03 ~ 16) (01=Default for all extns)
 Announce page
 Hang up to end page by pushing down Hook switch
 Replace Handset.
External
 Paging external will be heard on any external speakers
 Lift the handset
 Dial * 33
 Dial 16
 Announce page
 Hang up to end page by pushing down Hook switch
 Replace Handset.
Internal & External
 Paging external will be heard on any external speakers
 Lift the handset
 Dial * 33
 Dial 01 Paging Group number
 Announce page
 Hang up to end page by pushing down Hook switch
 Replace Handset.
CALL PICKUP
Direct Call Pick-up
 If a call is ringing on a specific extension
 Lift the handset or press Sp-Phone
 Dial * 4 1
 Dial the Extension Number at which the call is ringing eg 202
 Talk to the caller.
Group Pick-up
 If a call is ringing on any extension
 Lift the handset or press Sp-Phone
 Dial * 4 0 (then the group number) (01=Default for all extns)
 Talk to the caller.
