z Storage
Before storage, always:
Switch the product off, remove the
battery pack
[] and let the product cool
down.
Clean the product (see “Cleaning and
care“).
Secure the safety knife bar[2] in the
blade guard
[].
Store the product and its accessories in a
dark, dry, frost-free, well-ventilated place.
Always store the product in a place that is
inaccessible to children.
The ideal long term storage (longer than
3 months) temperature is between +20 and
+26 °C.
Short term storage: Suspending the
product from the wall

WARNING! RISK OF ELECTRIC
SHOCK!
When drilling, be careful not to
damage any supply lines. Use
suitable search devices to find these
or consult an installation plan for
guidance.
Contact with electrical cables can
lead to electric shock and fire.
Contact with a gas pipe can result in
an explosion.
Using the motor housing suspension []:
Fix a screw with a screw head diameter
of 8 to 10 mm at the desired position on
a suitable wall.
If the wall consist of bricks, stone or a
similar material: Use a dowel to secure
the screw.
Let the screw head protrude from the wall
by approx. 10 mm.
Slide the motor housing suspension []
over the screw to suspend the product.
Using the blade guard suspension []:
Fix 2 screws with a screw head diameter
of 5 to6 mm at the desired position on a
suitable wall.
The center to center distance between
the 2screws should be 17mm.
If the wall consist of bricks, stone or a
similar material: Use dowels to secure the
screws.
Let the screw heads protrude from the
wall by approx. 10 mm.
Slide the blade guard suspension []
over the screws to suspend the product.
Battery pack advice
Only store the battery pack [] partially
charged. The battery pack should be
charged to 40 to 60 % before storing for
extended periods.
Check the battery pack [] charge about
every 3 months when storing for extended
periods. Recharge as necessary.
z Transportation
Before transportation:
Switch the product off.
Remove the battery pack [].
Let the product cool down.
Fit the blade guard [].
Protect the product from any heavy impact
or strong vibrations which may occur during
transportation in vehicles.
Secure the product to prevent it from
slipping or falling over.
