· AIR CLEANER DISMANTLING

.' · sc'rewdriver. Loosen the air cleaner fi-
xing screw (see fig. 17 «A»).
Remove the air cleaner.

CARBURETTOR DISMANTLING
Close f uel tap (positton « C » on fig. 1 0).
If th e c arburettor is to be dismantled
(for cleaning for ex ~ ampl · e) remove the
ai,r cle-aner, unscrew the screws « E »
'
(see fig . 17) and remove the carburettor
cover; slacken the screw «H» of engine
carburettor fixing coll·ar. The carburet-
tor can be withdrawn by sl i ght rotation .

The carbure ~ ttqr parts mus ·t be cleaned
with ne-at petrol. To clean calibrated ho-
les, use compressed air only. (Wire
must not be used).

N.B. - During reassembly ensure that

the throttle cqn. trol outer cable is loca-

ted in ther terminal « B » ~ · · otherwise

faulty carburation will occur.
