In case of faulty ignition, check the spark
plug {correct gap 0.5 mm. (0.020") anEf
clean in neat petrol (see pag. 16) .

If the insulator is broken or the elec-
trode worn or burnt, replace the spark .
plug by another of same type as the
orig ina I, if possibl e . If the ignition fault

persists, _ check, c l ean and adjust the
contact breaker (p ag . 26).
Every 2,500 mil es c lean the silencer ex-
haust tube using a suitable wire rod,
clean the cylind e r head {p~g. 21); the
piston
port.
