Obtaining Service and Warranty Assistance

keptup-to-dateon changes, modifications, and tipson personalwater-
craft maintenance that may supersede information contained in this
manual.Yourdealerisfamiliarwith Polarispoliciesand proceduresand
will be happy to assist you.
When inquiring about parts, service, or warranty, always include the
following information:
1. Serial number
2. Model number
3. Dealer name
4. Date of purchase
5. Details of trouble experienced
6. Length of time and conditions of operation
7. Indicate previous correspondence
LIMITED WARRANTY
PolarisSalesInc.,2100Highway55,Medina,MN 55340,givesaONE
YEAR LIMITEDWARRANTY on allcomponents of the Polarisper-
sonal watercraft against defects in material or workmanship. This war-
ranty covers the parts and labor charges for repair or replacement of
defective parts which are covered by this warranty. This warranty be-
gins on the date of purchase. This warranty is transferable to another
consumer during the warranty period through a Polaris dealer.
REGISTRATION
At the time of sale, the Warranty Registration Form must be completed
by your dealer and submitted to Polaris within ten days. Upon receipt
of this registration, Polaris will record the registration for warranty. No
verification of registration will be sent to the purchaser as the copy of
the Warranty Registration Formwillbethe warrantyentitlement.Ifyou
have not signed the original registration and received the “customer
copy”, please contact your dealer immediately. NO WARRANTY
COVERAGE WILL BE ALLOWED UNLESS YOUR PERSONAL
WATERCRAFT IS REGISTERED WITH POLARIS AND YOU
HAVE CONFIRMED THAT YOU HAVE WATCHED THE SAFE-
TY AND OPERATION VIDEO AND REVIEWED THE SUMMA-
RY TRAINING POINTS.

important in ensuring trouble-free operation. Purchasing a machine in
thecrateorwithoutproperdealerset-upwillvoidyour warranty cover-
