Front Gearcase (Demand Drive) Fluid
Fluid Recommendations
Use the recommended fluid.
Use of other fluids may
result in improper operation
of components. See page
116 for the part numbers of
Polaris products.
Maintain the fluid level at
the bottom of the fill hole
threads.
Fluid Level
1. Position the vehicle on a level
surface.
2. Place the transmission in PARK.
3. Remove the fill plug.
4. Add the recommended demand drive fluid as needed.
5. Reinstall the fill plug. Torque to specification.
