TROUBLESHOOTING
The Electrical Retractors are not
releasing the webbing.
The Electrical Retractors MUST be powered
on and wheelchair moved forward in order
for the webbing to be released.
Can the J-Hooks of the Electrical
Retractors be attached to
wheelchair once inside vehicle?
This is NOT recommended. J-Hooks should be
attached to wheelchair before going up the ramp
because in case of an emergency the J-Hooks
will hold wheelchair in place.
In Case of Power Failure:
Electrical Retractors will NOT release the
webbing. Do NOT move wheelchair forward as
this will only tighten the webbing grip.
It’s an Emergency and there
is a Power Failure.
Electrical Retractors will NOT release the
webbing, cut the webbings at an angle.
Once Power is restored, will the
Electrical Retractors work?
Yes, Power on Electrical Retractors and move
wheelchair forward in order for retractors to
unlock.
