DEH3000RDehumidier&VentilationSystemController,andmaynotbeassignedortransferred.
FIRST YEAR WARRANTY: Therma-StorLLCwarrantsthat,forone(1)yeartheQuestDEH3000R
Dehumidier&VentilationSystemControllerwilloperatefreefromanydefectsinmaterialsand
workmanship,orTherma-StorLLCwill,atitsoption,repairorreplacethedefectivepart(s),freeof
anycharge.
END-USER RESPONSIBILITIES:WarrantyservicemustbeperformedbyaServicerauthorizedby
Therma-StorLLC.Iftheend-userisunabletolocateorobtainwarrantyservicefromanauthorized
Servicer,heshouldcallTherma-StorLLCattheabovenumberandaskfortheTherma-StorLLC
ServiceDepartment,whichwillthenarrangeforcoveredwarrantyservice.Warrantyservicewillbe
performedduringnormalworkinghours.
TheEnd-usermustpresentproofofpurchase(lease)uponrequest,byuseofthewarrantycardor
otherreasonableandreliablemeans.Theend-userisresponsiblefornormalcare.Thiswarrantyonly
appliestoresidentialapplicationsanddoesnotcoveranydefect,malfunction,etc.resultingfrom
misuse,abuse,lackofnormalcare,corrosion,freezing,tampering,modication,unauthorizedor
improperrepairorinstallation,accident,actsofnatureoranyothercausebeyondTherma-StorLLC's
reasonablecontrol.
LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS:IfanyQuestDEH3000RDehumidier&VentilationSystem
Controllerpartisrepairedorreplaced,thenewpartshallbewarrantedforonlytheremainderofthe
originalwarrantyperiodapplicablethereto(butallwarrantyperiodswillbeextendedbytheperiod
oftime,ifany,thattheQuestDEH3000RDehumidier&VentilationSystemControllerisoutof
servicewhileawaitingcoveredwarrantyservice).
UPONTHEEXPIRATIONOFTHEWRITTENWARRANTYAPPLICABLETOTHEQuestDEH3000R

&VentilationSystemControllerORPARTTHEREOFBELIABLEUNDERANYLEGALTHEORYFOR
ANYSPECIAL,INDIRECTORCONSEQUENTIALDAMAGESINCLUDINGWITHOUTLIMITATION
WATER DAMAGE (THE END-USER SHOULD TAKE PRECAUTIONS AGAINST SAME), LOST
PROFITS,DELAY,ORLOSSOFUSEORDAMAGETOANYREALORPERSONALPROPERTY.
