PUERTO RICO LIMITED WARRANTY
• Your warranty covers any defect in materials or workmanship for a period of one
year from the date of purchase. Thomson Inc. will pay any Thomson Authorized
Service Center the labor and parts charges to repair your product. Contact an
Authorized Service Center from the list below, or call your retailer for the nearest
Thomson Authorized Service Center. You must present proof of purchase to verify
warranty.

• You can receive technical assistance for your Portable MP3 Player by calling General
Electronics (787) 878-5684 during normal business hours.
What your warranty does not cover:
• Customer instruction, installation and/or adjustments, reception problems not
caused by our product.
• Damage due to misuse or neglect.
• Cleaning of video or audio heads.
• Batteries.
• Products that have been modified or serviced by non-authorized personnel.
• Products used for commercial or institutional use.
• Acts of nature, such as but not limited to lightning damage.
