3. Remove the screw holding the fusing exit guide in place.
IMPORTANT: Do not lean on the guide plate shaft (area circled in red below).
Note:
This screw is designed to trap heat, but this heat can sometimes cause the guide plate to
temporarily expand and deform.
4. Return the fusing unit to the machine.
