Problem Action
Camera does not turn on • The batteries may be exhausted. Charge or replace
the batteries.
• The batteries are installed incorrectly. Re-insert the
batteries observing the correct polarity.
Camera turns off automati-
cally
Press any button to turn on the camera.
LCD turns off automatically Press any button to turn on the LCD.

The card is protected by a protect switch mecha-
nism. Move the switch to the unlock position.
Insufficient memory space

Insufficient space in memory to rotate an image.
Delete unnecessary images.
No image displays on the
TV screen
Incorrect TV-out type was selected. Set correct
TV-out type to match your TV system.
Insufficient space on the
card
Delete unnecessary images.
