Montering av overdel og luke
Fitting the upper part & hatch
Monter overdel til underdel ved hjelp av godkjent tetningsmasse, og
samtlige skruer/skiver/låsemuttere i ens.
Trekk til med angitt moment (Fig 10a)
Juster og fest luken grundig til tunnel med et godkjent tettningsmidddel
i tillegg til de 4 boltene. Forsegle og sparkle snittater i skrog og luke
slik at denne tetter perfekt (g 10b). Når luken er er lukket av SRV/SRL
skal det ikke være noe slakk mellom luke og skrog - SRV/SRL klem-
mer automatisk luken inntil skroget med korrekt press.
Assemble the upper part of the unit to the lower part using approved
sealant, and all bolts/washers/lock nuts in the ange. Tighten to stated
torque (Fig 10a)
Adjust and secure the hatch to the tunnel with an approved sealant
in addition to the 4 bolts. Seal and ll the cuts in hull and hatch for a
perfect seal (g 10b). When the hatch is closed by the SRV/SRL, there
should be no play between hatch and hull - the SRV/SRL will automati-
cally apply the correct amount of force to keep the hatch rmly closed.
