5.2 OpenPCS 7 without OS
OpenPCS 7 station without installed OS client
In this configuration, the OpenPCS 7 station is installed without an OS client. The OPC clients
run on a separate PC. All OPC clients access the OpenPCS 7 station. The OpenPCS 7 station
contains the OPC DA, OPC HDA and OPC A&E servers.
This configuration is intended for large plants.
