4) As soon as the eggs have reached the first, softer firmness level, a beep will
be heard. To switch the appliance off, set the operating switch to the
position "O". The integrated control lamp goes out.
5) Then take off the lid
and carefully remove the desired number of eggs
(those that have been cooked to the softer firmness level).
WARNING
Risk of burns!
► The boiled eggs are very hot! Always wear oven gloves to protect your
fingers when touching the eggs.
Shock the removed eggs under cold, flowing water.
6) Replace the lid
and turn the control switch to the position of the
symbol to the left of the control (the desired firmness level for the eggs that
remain in the appliance):

7) Press the operating switch to the position "I" to switch the appliance on.
The integrated control lamp lights up and the second part of the combined
cooking process begins.
8) As soon as the eggs have reached the second firmness level, a beep will be
heard. To switch the appliance off, set the operating switch
to the position
"O". The integrated control lamp goes out.
9) Carefully remove the lid
and the cooking insert by its handle from
the cooking bowl .
WARNING
Risk of scalding!
► The steam and condensation on the inside of the lid
are hot. Avoid
contact with this steam or water!
10) After cooking, shock the eggs in the cooking insert
in cold, flowing water
to allow the shells to be removed more easily and so the egg does not continue
cooking.
11) Pour any remaining water out of the cooking bowl
down the drain.
