How to calibrate* the HI-SCAN X-ray unit
HI-SCAN 6030di:
The left side of the body - viewed in conveying direction - must be in
line with the left edge of the conveyor belt.
HI-SCAN 13090 und 130100:
The calibration body is placed on the conveyor belt's
side close to which the mark illustrated is attached.
Depending on the unit's layout, this can be the left or
right side. Accordingly, the body will be in line with the
right or left edge of the conveyor belt.
On dual view units*, if the main monitor shows the baggage and
freight items in the scanning view from the top (F 2-33):
The calibration body is placed on the conveyor belt's side close to
which the lateral cabinet (A) is attached. The lateral cabinet is located
either on the left or the right side of the tunnel. Accordingly, the body
will be in line with the right or left edge of the conveyor belt.
