Connecting your camcorder to a
computer using the USB cable
(For Windows users)
Installing Image Transfer (DCR-
PC105E only)
Make sure USB driver installation is complete.
This function enables image data recorded on the
“Memory Stick” to be automatically transferred
(copied) to your computer.
If you are using Windows 2000, log in with
permission of administrators.
If you are using Windows XP, log in with
permission of computer administrators.
(1) Turn on your computer and allow Windows
to load.
Or, if Windows OS is already running, close
all active applications.
(2) Insert the supplied CD-ROM in the CD-ROM
drive of the computer. The application
software starts up.
(3) Select “Handycam” on the screen.
The title screen appears.
(4) Move the cursor to “Image Transfer” and
click.
The Install Wizard programme starts up and
the “Choose Setup Language” screen appears.
(5) Select the language for installation.
(6) Follow the on-screen messages. The
installation screen disappears when
installation is complete.

Assurez-vous que l’installation du pilote USB est
terminée.
Ce logiciel vous permet de transférer
automatiquement (par copie) vers votre
ordinateur les données d’images enregistrées sur
le « Memory Stick ».
Si vous utilisez Windows 2000, ouvrez une
session de travail en tant qu’administrateur.
Si vous utilisez Windows XP, ouvrez une session
de travail en tant qu’administrateur.
(1) Mettez l’ordinateur sous tension et laissez
Windows se charger.
Si le système d’exploitation Windows tourne
déjà, fermez toutes les applications actives.
(2) Insérez le CD-ROM fourni dans le lecteur de
CD-ROM de l’ordinateur. Le logiciel
d’application démarre.
(3) Cliquez sur « Handycam » à l’écran.
L’écran de titre apparaît.
(4) Placez le curseur sur « Image Transfer », puis
cliquez.
Le programme « Install Wizard » (Assistant
d’installation) démarre et l’écran « Choose
Setup Language » (Sélection de la langue
d’installation) s’affiche.
(5) Sélectionnez la langue d’installation.
(6) Suivez les messages à l’écran. L’écran
d’installation disparaît lorsque l’installation
est terminée.
