6 Follow the table below.

7 Press MEMORY/NEXT so that “DAILY
TIMER” appears in the display.
The preset items appear in the display
sequentially.
8 Press SYSTEM POWER to tum off the
system.
At 10 seconds before the preset time, the
power will go on and the music will
play. At the turn-off time, the power
will go off again.
To cancel the timer
Press DAILY so that “DAILY OFF” appears
in the display.
To check the timer settings
Press DAILY twice so that “DAILY TIMER”
appears in the display. When the
indication is on, you can check the timer
settings one by one in the display.
To change timer settings
Repeat steps 1 to 6.
If the power is on at the preset time
The sound source will automatically
change to the preset one, interrupting the
one currently playing.

Timer-Recording Radio
Programs
You can set the timer to record the radio at
a certain time. Before setting the timer
make sure the clock has been set correctly.
And tune in the preset station you want to
record.
1 Press TIMER SET.
“SELECT REC” and “SELECT DAILY”
appear in the display in turn.
2 Press REC TIMER 50 that “REC”
appears and the hour digit and “AM”
flash in the display.
3 Set the hour you want to start recording
by pressing TUNER/TIMER (+/-), then
press MEMORY/NEXT. Set the
minutes the same way.
4 set the hour you want to stop recording
by pressing TUNER/TIMER (+/-), then
press MEMORY/NEXT. Set the
minutes the same way. The preset itmes
appear in the display.
5 insert a tape in deck B.
Recording always starts from the front
side. Be sure that the side you want to
start recording on is facing towards you.
6 Select dual or single-sided recording.

7 Press SYSTEM POWER to turn off the
system.
At the preset time, the VOLUME will
automatically rotate to the MIN position
soon after the power goes on and the
tuner recording will start. At the turn-
off time, the power will go off again.
To cancel the timer
Press REC TIMER so that “REC OFF”
appears in the display and “REC”
disappears from the display.
To check the timer settings
Press REC TIMER twice so that “REC
TIMER” appears in the display. When the
indication is on, you can check the timer
settings from the display one by one.
To change timer settings
Repeat steps 1 to 6.
if the power is on at the preset time
The sound source will automatically
change to the tuner, but the tuner recording
will not start.
Note
You cannot set the timer if the timer-on and
-off times are the same.
