Electrical components, e.g. power cord
of charger and connecting cord, may
only be repaired or replaced by a
qualified electrician.
Clean plastic components with a cloth.
Do not use aggressive detergents. They
may damage the plastic.
Do not spray the machine with water or
other liquid.
Do not clean your machine with a
pressure washer. The solid jet of water
may damage parts of the machine.
Keep the connecting cord socket free
from foreign matter – clean as
necessary.
Store the power tool in a dry, locked
location with the retaining latch on ƒ,
the connecting cord removed and out of
reach of children.
Your blower is designed for one-handed
operation. It can be carried by the
control handle in either the right or left
hand.
N Always hold the blower firmly in your
hand.
Carrying ring
With the STIHL AR battery, you can
attach the blower's carrying ring to a hip
pad on the harness.
Use Type AR batteries only with the
harness provided – do not combine with
other carrying straps (e.g. shoulder
strap, full harness, etc.).

N Fit the hip pad (1) on the
harness (3) with the aid of the AR
kit (2) – see leaflet supplied with
AR kit.
N Use carrying ring to attach blower to
hip pad.
