Function of Retaining Latch
Position ƒ
– Blower is switched off.
– Trigger switch is locked and cannot
be operated.
Position ‚
– Blower is switched on.
– Trigger switch is unlocked and can
be operated.
Selecting power level
Blowing power can be adjusted with the
retaining latch. Three power levels are
available.
LEDs indicate the selected power level.
N If LEDs remain off: Switch on the
blower - see "Switching On".
N Push the retaining latch upwards
and allow it to spring back. This
activates the next power level.
N Repeat the procedure until the
required power level is indicated.
Power level 3 is followed by power level
1, then 2, 3, etc.
Function of Trigger Switch
Controlling blowing power
The trigger switch allows infinitely
variable control of blowing power.
N Pull the trigger switch until the
required blowing power is reached.
Blowing power increases as the trigger
switch is squeezed - but only up to the
preset power level.
Activating the boost function
The boost function can be activated
independent of the preset power level.
The boost function always provides
maximum blowing power.
N Override the trigger switch's end
position and hold it there.
The LEDs flash in sequence.
The boost function remains active until
the trigger switch is released.
The previously selected power level is
restored when the trigger switch is
released.
