LEFT HANDLEBAR
Clutch Lever 1
The clutch lever is used for disen-
gaging the drive to the rear wheel
when starting the engine or shift-
ing transmission gears. Squeez-
ing the lever disengages the
clutch.
Headlight Flasher Switch 2
Press the switch to flash the
headlight.
Dimmer Switch 3
” position
The headlight low beam turns on.
” position
The headlight high beam turns
on. The high beam indicator light
also comes on.
NOTICE
Holding the dimmer switch
between the “
” and “
position will light both the high
and low headlight beam. This
improper operation can dam-
age the motorcycle’s headlight.
Use the dimmer switch to
select only the “
” or “
position.
NOTICE
Sticking tape or placing
objects in front of the headlight
can obstruct headlight heat
radiation. This can result in
headlight damage.
Do not stick tape on the head-
light or place objects in front of
the headlight.
NOTICE
Do not put objects in front of
the headlight or taillight when
they are on, and do not cover
with clothes when the motorcy-
cle is stopped.
This may cause melting of the
lens or damage to the object by
the heat from the lens.
