Cleaning method
Direct method:
Scrubbing and vacuuming in one pass.
Indirect working method:
Apply the cleaning solution first (only scrubbing), afterwards scrubbing and
vacuuming.
The cleaning methods are described in detail in the ”Method Card”. You can
obtain this from your TASKI partner.
Refilling the Flex tank
The rattling noise from the pump indicates that the Flex tank is empty.
Proceed as follows:

Empty and clean the recovery tank / Flex tank
The disposal of the dirty water or the cleaning solution must be carried out in
accordance with the national regulations and the regulations of the detergent
manufacturer .
Proceed as follows:
Remove and clean the tool / squeegee
Caution:
Do not clean without solution, as it could cause floor damage.
• Refill the machine, see Page 41.
• If the recovery tank indicator lights up, the
squeegee will be raised and the suction unit
switches off after 30 seconds.
• Drain the recovery tank, refer to Page 42.
• Press the Start/Stop button.
All functions will be stopped automatically.
The last setting to be used will be saved.
• The feed of cleaning solution stops and the tools lift off from the floor after
10 seconds.
• Drive on a few metres further in order to pick up the remaining dirty water.
• The squeegee lifts off after 20 seconds, and the suction unit runs for a
further 10 seconds.
• Stop the supply of cleaning solution by pressing
the solution dosing control button.
• Drive a few metres further to avoid dripping.
Very important when using contact pads!
• Press the brush unit button.
The tools stop and rise up from the floor.
• Drive on a few metres further in order to pick up the remaining dirty water.
• Now switch off the vacuum unit.
The squeegee lifts, and the suction unit
continues to run for approx. 10 seconds.
Always drain and clean the recovery tank every time you use the
machine.
If the dirty water is allowed to stand, unpleasant smells and
deposition of the dirt will take place after a few hours.
• Switch the machine off using the keyswitch and remove the key.
• Reach into the opening between the tank cover
and the tank (with the palm of your hand
upwards). Pull the locking bracket forward and
open the tank cover.
• Take the soiled solution hose from its holder.
(When emptying the tank, always follow the
regulations of the detergent manufacturer
regarding personal protective equipment.)
• Press the neck (1) of the hose together.
• Pull the lid from the hose and empty the
recovery tank.
• Remove the sieve (yellow), drain it and rinse it
thoroughly under flowing water.
• Lift the Flex tank, lay it at the lowest point in the recovery tank and drain it.
• Remove the empty Flex tank from the recovery tank and thoroughly rinse it
out with clean water.
• Remove the dirt and fluff from the vacuum air filter with a soft brush.
Caution:
A blocked suction filter can impair the suction performance.
• Thoroughly rinse out the recovery tank with clean water.
• Reinstall the sieve (yellow), the Flex tank and the suction filter.
• Switch the machine off using the keyswitch and remove the key.
• Release the adjustment lever and pull out the
tool.
• Clean the tools with water.
• Pull the two suction hoses from the squeegee support.
• Press the locking springs together. The
squeegee will thereby be released and can be
removed.
• Clean the squeegee with water using a brush.
Only clean and intact blades produce good vacuuming results!
