Handling precautions
Handle CDs as shown on the left (Q- EJ)
• If you are taking the disc from a cold to a warm environment,
moisture may form on the disc Wipe this off with a soft, dry, lint-
free cloth before using the disc
• Do not write on the label side with a bail-point pen or other writ¬
ing instrument
• Do not use record cleaning sprays, benzine, thinner, static electric¬
ity prevention liquids or any other solvent
• Do not use discs with poorly attached labels or stickers Adhesive
protruding from peeled off stickers can cause the changer to mal¬
function
Storage precautions
Be sure to store discs in their cases to protect them from dust,
scratches, and warping
Do not place or store discs in the following places
• Locations exposed to direct sunlight
• Humid or dusty locations
• Locations directly exposed to a heat vent or heating appliance
• In the glove compartment or on the rear deck of an automobile
