Viewing analog characteristics of digital waveforms
iCapture allows you to view the analog characteristics of digital channel signals. Additional measurement capabilities
are available while viewing the analog characteristics o f a waveform. iCapture is available on MSO70000C/DX Series
instruments and on DP O70000DX instruments with option MSOU installed.
1. Select Vertical > Vertical Setup.
2. Press the Digital Input iCapture button.
3. Click D
igital Source and select a digital
channel to send through the analog
input.
