Returns the mean value accumulated sinc e

last statistical reset

measurements are taken
MEASUrement:MEAS<x>:SOURCE2 Sets or returns the channel to which
measurements are sent
MEASUrement:MEAS<x>:STATE Sets or returns whether the specified
measurement slot is computed and
