Troubleshooting
Problem Possible cause Solution
The appliance does not turn
on
1. No power
2. Auto protection for
overheating
1. Charge the appliance
2. Restart after cooling down
Weak suction
The dry lter is not installed, or
the dry lter is dirty
Install the dry lter or clean and
allow it to dry completely
Brush roller tangled in
animation
Voice prompt:
Please clean the brush
roller
The brush roller is blocked
Remove blockages
WiFi indicator off
WiFi is not connected
Follow the in-app guide to
connect to WiFi
CWT empty in animation
Voice prompt:
Insufcient water in
the Clean Water Tank.
Please ll up water
CWT is empty Rell CWT
DWT full in animation
Voice prompt:
Dirty Water Tank is full.
Please empty it
The dirty water in DWT has
reached the MAX line
Empty the dirty water and then
reinstall the DWT
Battery level<10%
Voice prompt:
Battery low Please
charge the appliance
Battery low Charge the appliance, or restart
All lights off in operation
Motor malfunction, battery
malfunction, charging
abnormality
1. Cool the appliance down
and restart
2. Use the original adaptor

tray that block the air inlet
The transparent tray falls off
The transparent tray is not
installed properly
To install the transparent tray,
press the front end of the
transparent tray into place, then
press the rear end downwards
