1. Why can't I take pictures even though I press the "OK" button?
Please check the mode status of the product. In video and still image
mode, you cannot take photos if you press the "OK" button during
video recording. In playback mode you cannot take photos. Please
read the instructions under "Taking Photos" for the detailed operation
and follow the instructions.
2. Why does the microscope keep restarting?
Please check the power adapter and use a high quality 5V 2A power
adapter.
3. Why does the message "Card error" or "Memory card full" appear
after inserting the micro SD card?
After inserting the micro SD card, please format it first. Enter the menu,
then select "SETTING", find "FORMAT", select "OK" and press OK button
to confirm formatting. If it still doesn't work, please connect the
microscope to the computer and format the Micro SD card
in the computer.
4. Why can't I turn on the microscope properly?
Make sure the cable is properly connected and the device is turned on.
If the product does not turn on normally even after checking the correct
operation, please reset the microscope by removing and reinserting
the battery.
5. Why I can’t see clear images on microscope screen?
Make sure the LED lights are working properly. Adjust the light to
illuminate the object, adjust the distance to the object with the knob
on the bracket and rotate then the focus slider. If you still cannot get
a clear image, gently wipe the lens with a clean, dry cotton cloth or
paper towel to ensure the lens is clean.
