1.Starttheengineandletitrun5minutestoallow
theoiltowarmup.
2.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface.
3.DisengagethePTO,lowerthemowerdeck,and
engagetheparkingbrake.
4.Raiseandsecurethehopper,andopenthe
engine-accesscover;refertoAccessingthe
EnginefromtheEngine-AccessCover(page
49).
5.Shutofftheengineandremovethekey.
6.Changetheengineoilandengine-oillteras
showninFigure63.
Note:Tightenthelteruntiltheoil-ltergasket
touchestheengine,andthenturnitanextra3/4
turn.
