1.Parkthetractoronalevelsurface.
2.Disengagethebladecontrol(PTO)andsetthe
parkingbrake.
3.Stoptheengine,removethekey,andwaitforall
movingpartstostopbeforeleavingtheoperating
position.
4.Attachthecoupling(notincluded)tothemower
washoutttingandturnthewateronhigh
(Figure55).

5.Lowerthemowertothelowestheightofcut.
6.Sitontheseatandstarttheengine.
7.Engagethebladecontrol(PTO)andletthemower
runfor1to3minutes.
8.Disengagethebladecontrol(PTO).
9.Stoptheengine,removethekey,andwaitforall
movingpartstostopbeforeleavingtheoperating
position.
10.Removetheignitionkey.
11.Turnthewateroffandremovethecouplingfrom
thewashoutttingandhose.
12.Runthemoweragainfor1to3minutestoremove
theexcesswater.
Abrokenormissingwashoutttingcould
exposeyouandotherstothrownobjectsorto
bladecontact.Contactwiththebladeorthrown
debriscontactmaycauseinjuryordeath.
•Replacebrokenormissingwashouttting
immediately,beforeusingthemoweragain.
•Pluganyholesinthemowerwithboltsand
locknuts.
•Neverputyourhandsorfeetunderthe
mowerorthroughopeningsinthemower.
